Y’all I’m not tryna be cocky but in my two days and 5 batches of Panipopo I think I finally got the recipe right. THEY WERE BOMB. The buns were LIGHT and FLUFFY (I hate cakey panipopo) and the sauce was ONNNNNN. It’s also a milkless & butterless recipe. Hit me up if you want it!

side tip: to get a nice caramelised top mix together a little bit of sugar and water then brush that on the buns either before or halfway through baking :)
