On this call, we have the founders of all the brands and the operational team. We plan out all of our campaigns on a call and then populate @basecamp with the week’s tasks.

This is a new “meeting” because we’re getting a lot of tickets atm. The main issues are stock, order delays and refunds. We’re trying to speed up all areas of this - with challenges.

5. Testing new channels.
We’ve seen amazing results from TikTok and Snapchat Ads (we might need some more help there in the future @social_savannah!).

We’re working on new creative every single week to ensure we don’t burn out our ads. We’ve placed creative at the heart of our culture.

7. Cash-flow.
This is getting tricky but we’re managing it. Main issue is delivery times on stock and handling growth.
We’re seeing a 302% increase YoY and having to pay for this knowing the stock could be delayed for a further 14 days on top of usual lead times.
