On April 8, @Republic_Bharat aired a broadcast where it claimed that a coronavirus patient from MP's Khargone died on March 28. He had a foreign travel history and had also visited Nizamuddin Markaz.

The channel blamed him for hiding these details.
As it turns out, the man is ALIVE. Here's a photograph of him existing MRTB hospital, Indore after recovery on April 12. He is the one in the yellow kurta.
Did he hide his travel history?

No.

He landed in Delhi on April 20, attended Tablighi Jamaat meet and left at night. He reached Khargone the next day.

On April 24, health officials visited his residence for a check-up because THEY KNEW he had returned from South Africa.
. @Republic_Bharat blamed him for hiding his visit to Nizamuddin which makes zero sense because the area was not identified as hotspot until a week later on March 31.

What exactly would he be hiding?
When reports came pouring in about the Tablighi Jamaat meet, the man immediately contacted doctors and visited the district hospital with his wife.

Both were admitted and their samples were collected.
This was on March 31, when he wasn't even tested for COVID-19, yet @Republic_Bharat declared that he died of the infection on March 28. đŸ€Ż
That he is COVID+ was revealed on April 4 when his test results came in.

He was transferred to Indore and was released on April 12 after testing negative twice.

Since then, he has been quarantined at Khargone district hospital.
Instead of declaring him dead and blaming him for mistakes he never committed, @Republic_Bharat could've delved into his local travel history.
The man had started feeling under the weather since he left Delhi on April 20. He had taken an overnight train to Indore and subsequently a 3-hour bus ride to Khargone.

These details could help local authorities in contact tracing had the channel done its job.
