75 years ago today, British troops in the 11th Armoured Division liberated Bergen-Belsen concentration camp, encountering unimaginable horror. A number of survivors later made Britain their home.

Today we should remember the tens of thousands murdered at Bergen-Belsen -- it rather puts our current difficulties in perspective -- honour those soldiers who entered the camp and thank those survivors who have shared their terrible testimonies. Lest we forget.
