Having @carolecadwalla tweet one of your stories (and seeing the replies) is a startling window into the torrent of abuse and misogyny she constantly endures. Her opponents, most of whom seem to be middle-aged men, are weirdly obsessed.

I wouldn’t wish that kind of treatment on anyone. But the idea that a fellow journalist asking difficult questions and holding power to account should live with that is just appalling. Anyway, just wanted to say: #Solidarity
