I avoided watching TTTS for a long time because Type was homophobic and tsundere both qualities I don’t like in a lead, also I felt it on a personal level. I also didn’t understand why Tharn loved Type so much since he talked shit all the time, but Type really grew on me.

Once Type knew how he felt about Tharn he didn’t hesitate even for a second he claimed Tharn and showed affection. Type is a kind of person who would do anything for the person he loves.

He loves Tharn very much and it’s evident as time goes by

Type was willing to lose Tharn to Tar, he was even willing to die for Tharn just so Tharn could have a happy life without someone sabotaging his life at every turn.

He is an extremely jealous person. He shows his love by throwing punches. His way of showing love isn’t always healthy. He says he will cheat but he’d rather cry than hurt the person he loves.

Just because he is strong doesn’t mean he can’t be hurt too. He is vulnerable. When Type loves, he loves deeply with no boundaries. When he pushed Tharn away it was like pushing his heart away. He almost didn’t want to go through the hell.

Imagine how much it must hurt to know that just because you are openly loving your lover was swayed by his ex not physically but emotionally. Emotional betrayal is even worse because you feel that you are not enough for your partner. Type cried alone without anyone.

Is there anything more worse than having a lover but you can’t go to them for comfort because they are the source of your pain, then realising they might not be there to hold you in the future?

Type also wants to hold Tharn in his arms. He really really loves him.

Type really changed during the course of the series from the angry young man to a loving mature young man who adores his boyfriend. They might still fight, he might use harsh words sometimes but it never changes how much he loves his Tharn enough to last lifetimes.

Type’s character development - he went from denying everything to throwing hands at whoever looked at his bf twice. Type is extremely protective of Tharn and will do anything for Tharn, I think that’s the part Tharn fell in love with. A part even type didn’t know existed in him.
