@IndianOilcl I had requested a cylinder on 1st April 2020, for which a cash memo was generated on 8th April 2020.
Yesterday I recieved a msg from Indane that the cylinder was delivered, which it had not.
I have been trying to reach to your helpline but it has been in vain

I have tried calling 18002333555
I have also tried calling my distributor Radha Krishna Indane (Jambhulkar chowk, Pune)

Atlast i got a number from JustDial

On calling the cell number, i was asked my consumer ID and my registered mobile number.
The guy then sent me an 'activation' link to pay a 'registeration' charge of Rs. 5 to deliver the cylinder.

He then asked me to send this msg to 9004676782 to get a payment link.

However, he sent me a Google Docs link:

This link took me to a google form where i was asked to submit my UPI pin.

Now - that is a fraud

As per govt. mandate, No agency can ask for UPI pin or any other confidential information. This is a serious fraud and you need to look into it.

If this is a scam being carried out in your name, please take necessary actions.

I even have a call recording. The guy started abusing me at the end of the call.

I haven't received a cylinder and it doesn't allow me to book another for the next 15 days.
Also, since the previous order was marked as delivered by the distributor, I am now 1 count short of my yearly cylinder balance.

This is frustrating and not ethical. Please help me.
