over the past years i’ve collected all of these stories and evidence that show how much the males in my life SUCK. i don’t care if 5 people see this, this is my thread of the worst moments i’ve had with the male gender...

Disclaimer: Names involved are changed! I wanted to be petty and keep them the same but i’m a thoughtful human. My first real relationship started when I was 14 and he was 15. His name was Chad and we met at church camp. He’s tall, dark, and skinny and he was overly charming.

Now this church camp lasts seven days and it’s no electronics and you spend possibly every waking hour with the same people. I had a crush on him the year prior and I guess he really took a liking to me. It was puppy love off the bat.

After getting to know each other in such an intimate place, we decided to date. It was long distance and he lived about 3 hours away in Naples,FL. We called each other for like 8 hours a day but he was never available in the mornings.

He told me for bright futures he was earning volunteer hours. He was volunteering everyday of the week in the morning even weekends. I was like awww he’s so cute helping others being kind, I just thought he was overall such a good human.

Fast forward months to New Year’s Eve. I’m at SeaWorld with my family because we used to get in for free and it was our tradition to go NYE. We are texting all night he’s calling me and we are so excited to ring in our first new year!

At midnight I celebrate with my family and immediately call him ... no answer. I text him ... no answer. A day goes by, there is no sign of him. Then a day turns to a week and a week turns into three weeks. My birthday falls on January 7th, so I expected him to be back. He wasn’t

I finally get the courage to text his mom. She tells me this man has a court date for violating probation and assault!!!! So now I’m baffled at this point he just turned 16 and I was 15. I call her and she explains everything. And I’m shocked

He was on probation for repeated theft and he had thrown something in class and it hit the teacher and she charged assault. Also on New Year’s Eve, his family ( he was adopted and raised by a white family, who are actually great people) threw a huge party.

He decided to take the car on a joy ride with no license and damaged the car somehow. Also he lost his phone in the process but would have gotten it taken anyways. He ended up going to jail for around 27 days I do not remember correctly.

He never had much of any remorse and he lied to me about community service and missed my birthday!!! and yeahhhh l. So that’s my first add to this thread! Chad Chronicles #1. Thank you for reading!
