I understand that this is horrible and truly disheartening. However, this is in China, these signs are from in China. First and foremost China is a mostly communistic government. When their government releases ideas of blaming specific races, this is all they see on the media. And we all know how easily people are persuaded by the media. Next, I am in no way defending the racism of the Chinese in these tweets, because it’s just ridiculous to.

However I would like to blame that the Chinese government is very racist, they think they are the superior race to many. They believe they are better than every country including OTHER Asian countries. I don’t know what else I can do, but apologize since I’m “Asian”.

But fighting fire with fire, attacking other races when your certain race is sincerely not a good argument. Generalizing ALL Asians to be racist, and even Chinese people is honestly frightening. I know Chinese families who moved here to run away from the Chinese government.

The fact that you guys want to generalize a WHOLE race of different kinds of Asians because of actions of a certain country is honestly disgusting. The way you guys speak of not supporting local Asian restaurants. The way you guys are so easy to be the people you talk down on...

Both parties (the Chinese and the people being racist to all Asians) are literally the same people. And instead of fighting to end racism people continuously fight back and fourth with racism, and generalizing specific races, and stereotyping.

I wish EVERYONE would just take a sociology class and ethnic studies of different cultures, to understand that every race has suffered under white control in different ways, and it’s not a fight with who had it worse, but a fight together to end racism in whole

People then bring up certain Asians being racist in America then connecting it to ALL Asians being racist. So recently those African American teenagers who stole from the elote lady, should we use that and generalize that all African Americans are dangerous and want to steal?
