2. Build up hype
3. Follow through/Sustain the hype

1. Schedule di lang ng malalaking ganap like concerts or shows, kundi pati yung mga teasers and regular updates from big charts like BBS50.

BBS50 releases the ranking every Tuesday, then the accnt should tweet about it the next working day.
They can add a short video from the boys or a thank you note together with their update.

They can do the same for MYX. Or pwedeng yung weekly chart lang focus nila.

Yung menpa and live are good too, but at least have a schedule for it.

Bottom line, have a routine.
Routine na may interval ng rest and ganap. Hindi puro surprises tas biglang wala. Mahirap mag sustain ng momentum kapag ganon.

Ang if there is a schedule, trendsetters can also have a master plan na swak sa ginagawa ng official.
2. Build up the hype. Related sa schedule but more on the content na pwede nila ilapag.

For 2 and 3, let's use Ikako as an example.

Leading up to the release of Sejun's vid they could have posted snippets or lyrics for one week after announcing that he is working on something.
You get the people curious until you drop the actual surprise.

Or pwedeng puro practice vid lang, one member per week, until ma release yung SB19 version. Mas ma-hype ang mga tao ng matagal, compared to the hype na dala ng surprise na lapag.
They can do this for their YT contents as well. Advertise 2 weeks before, teasers once a week. You get people to talk about it.

3. Sustaining the hype. For Ikako they asked ATIN to cover it and post their vid, which is a clever move but after the initial invite wala na.
No update. We dont even know kung may mga sumali na ba.

They could create a legit challenge on tiktok, then 2 - 3 days after post some of the interesting vids on their account. This way ma encourage yung iba to join, ma hype yung mga nag post.
Or kung hindi yon pwede, why not ask ATIN to post photos with their messages for frontliners ala fansign. Same with tiktok, they can choose the most creative and post it sa official.

Until such time na they need to post a new update again.
These are just some of the things that they can do when it comes to posting content. Wala pa dyan ang quality ng content or yung image na gusto nila ibuild from the content. Those are different topics pa all together.
Of course, these are all just recos, thought starter, and not yet based on an in-depth analysis of the whole market landscape because that will take time.
