Good news everyone! I’ve found Dominic Cummings
Signal is the messaging app of choice for people wanting to evade either a) surveillance or b) accountability.
It’s got the strongest encryption & you can set messages to auto-delete. Perfect for anyone seeking to, say, ignore FOI requests.
Cummings, of course, knows all about Freedom of Information. He was found in breach of the act way back in 2011 when he was a special advisor to Gove.
