Dear @PDPVanguard @OfficialPDPNig, Red Ball minions, Zakzakiyya Disciples,

This is all for you. It isn't surprising that you have decided to embark on another mischievous venture, which is dead even before you take the first step. Ordinarily, you do not deserve a response.
However, I personally feel that you sometimes need someone that will remind you, now & again, that nothing you do or plot is hidden under the sun. You recently shared
a minute or two, of what was supposed to be a 3 hours virtual conference attended by the Hon. Minister of Comm.
& Digital Economy, @DrIsaPantami, with heads of ICTs across the globe, under a world Bank platform, with an aim of soiling his name, an effort you have always been putting but to no fruition. For the sake of well meaning Nigerians, I decide to put the records straight.
Sometimes last week, the Hon Minister, @FMHDSD requested for telecommunications data support for the national response to #Covid_19 Emergency form the @FMoCDENigeria, under the leadership of Dr. Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami. Sometimes within the same week, the Northern Governors Forum
under the Ekiti State Governor, @kfayemi requested that the Honorable minister join them in a virtual conference via Microsoft Team, requesting from the Hon Minister a talk on 'data for distribution of palliatives' among others. A request he has granted & the information shared
with the Governors. Meanwhile, @DrIsaPantami, happens to be the person that came up with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation, & therefore whatever information he shared with the Governors was in line with that law.
The same day he had the meeting with the Nig Governors Forum (NGF), he participated in another virtual conference with heads of ICTs across the globe under the platform of world Bank. The virtual conference was aimed at sharing the experience on how every
country was able to use ICT during the #COVID19 pandemic. This was the same conference that some mischief makers decide to use less than 2 minutes of the not less than 180 minutes (3 hours) spent in the conference to spread mischief. During this conference, a Perm Dec from Kenya
asked the Hon Minister, how the palliative is being distributed in Nigeria, & he clearly responded that so far, the Governments at state levels are more involved in direct distribution, citing Borno & Lagos states as examples. And that was where he stated that these states
do distribute the palliatives as far as home to home on weekly of fornight basis, pending on availability of such resources, & that was when he actually mentioned governments. But these mischief makers @PDPVanguard & their pay masters held to that, because they live on mischief.
With regards to the usage of simcards to identify those in need, the Committee on Distribution of Palliatives intends to make use of valid identification methods to identify the vulnerable Nigerians, including passport numbers, bank accts (BVN) & so on, for record purpose &
to facilitate online payment where possible. Also, the Hon Minister explained to them that they can as well determine the level of resources of the person from his transaction with the sim, in line with the NDPR, a law he (Dr. Pantami) came up with, with regards data regulation.
This was in a nutshell what has happened. Worthy of note is that, if there was anything to hide in that interview, the @FMoCDENigeria would not have shared it on her Twitter & Facebook pages. It was done in good faith. Moreso, the Hon Minister isn't a member of the
distribution committee, & has nothing to do with the distribution or handling. The role he played was providing the necessary data needed by the @FMHDSD & the @NGFSecretariat, on their request, including data mining that could help for future planning for their communities.
The Hon Minister did that, and advised that the palliatives be distributed based on merit & didn't suggest even a single beneficiary. But you ll plot evil & create narratives that suits you regardless.
I didn't take my time to write this short thread in an effort to convince any of you, the naysayers. I only did so, because I felt the records need to be set straight. While you take it a responsibility to spread mischief, some of us see it as a responsibility to clarify things.
May Allah give you the wherewithal to discharge your duty, Dr. Pantami, in the best manner, remembering that you will stand before Allaah & account for your actions. We have all hope in your ability & personality, & some minions cannot soil your hard earned name & reputation.
Like many other Nigerians, I personally call the attention of the @NigeriaGov, Hon Minister @Sadiya_farouq @FMHDSD and all state Governors to fear Allah & make use of the resources channeled for this cause judiciously. People are suffering more than you hear.
