Exhibit A: Sonny With a Chance

1. I love this show. Still do. I practically have every episode memorize. This show made my 9-11 year old heart FULL.

But what do I get in return? SHIT.

2. 95% of this show was great from beginning to end. But oh Maddie, What about that last 5%?

That my friends, is what we call, the entrance, of shitty writing :)

3. Sonny and Chad, the very obvious, main couple of the show. Who is most definitely one of the best Disney Channel Couples to DATE. Gets together Season 2, Episode 10: “Falling For the Falls: Part 1”

4. They stay together (and for what I KNOW, they’re >still< together) “until”, the second to last episode of Season 2, where the lOVELY writers of this show go, “oh, we need drama! What creates drama? GASP. I know! Lets destroy character development!”

5. Because we ALLLL knOW that Disney Channel thinks that HEALTHY couples break up every season because haha thATS GREAT WRITING, ISNT IT? So to break Sonny and Chad up, they completely destroy every bit of Chad’s character development :))

6. And due to (very unfortunate circumstances...) this lovely show gets canceled and therefore we never get to see them get back together even though it was heavily implied in the season finale that they were going to :)))

7. Exhibit B: Girl Meets World

8. Yes. Yes I loved this show. And yes (unfortunately) I was team Rucas. But that’s besides the point. To shorten this, the show became a shit show halfway through Season 2 because oNCE AGAIN writers don’t know how to create a PLOT. So what do they do?

9. They create, an unnecessary, love triangle :))

And for anyone who knows me, they KNOW, how much that overused plot drives me INSANE. The triangle was not needed and it was dragged out until almost the end of Season 3 :))

10. OH HAAHA AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENS?? ThE SHOW GETS CANCELLED HAHAHAHAHAQHAHA IT GOT CANCELLED!!

11. Exhibit C: Miraculous Ladybug

12. While this is the only show on my list that has not been canceled (yet), it still manages to make it onto this list for many... MANY reasons :)

13. It’s a kid show. And listen, I’ve watched a lot of kid shows in my life... but this one oh this one takes the cake. Storylines are inconsistent, and character development is nowhere to be seen!

14. Take Marinette for example, I love my girl I do. But she needs to CALM TF DOWN. Home girl keeps acting like me when I was 12 and head over heels for Josh Hutcherson when he was playing Peeta :) the girl is not 12 y’all.

15. OHHHH AHHAAH AND ON TOP OF THAT? They introduce these two new characters. Oh! They’re just new people for Adrien and Marinette’s friend group right??? HAHAHAHHAAHAHA WRONG.

16. We already have our lovely love square between the main couple who can’t get together because every fricken time they find out their identities, thEY LOSE THEIR MMEORIES. BecausE THAT makes an interesting plotline right!

17. BuT OH NO. It’s time for a geometry lesson folks, it’s time, that nOT ONLY, do we get a square, oH HO HO WE GET A LOVE TRIANGLE. ON TOP OF IT :))

18. BECAUSE. I. LOVE. THESE. LOVE. TRIANGLES. I TOTALLY DO :))))

19. Also I don’t think the writers know what they’re doing at this point.

20. Exhibit D: Castle

21. Haha dONT even get me started. I’ll make it snappy:

Couple gets together end of Season 3.
Couple breaks up.
Couple gets back together.
(Repeat 2x)
Oh couples engaged!
Oh it’s their wedding day!
Oh jk they can’t get married he got kidnapped!!!

22. Oh loooook THeYRE finally married and happy together but oh wait, what’s happening to the plot? Oh?? Oh what’s this!? Wait what’s this news article? ThEYRE GONNA KILL OFF BECKETT? THE MAIN FEMALE@LEAD OF THE SHOW?? Oh just kidding, they canceled the show instead.

23. Here comes series finale! Oh haha they thought they were getting another seAOSN so they both get shot HAHA!! Oh look, just kidding they’re perfectly fine and they’re doing damage control by doing a quick 16 second epilogue to make up for the shit show!!!
