@AmazonHelp just did me so bogus. I bought a nespresso machine and what I received was different than what I had ordered. I didn’t notice but had major problems with my machine. Realizing now, I called them and bc it’s out of their 30 day returns, they wanna charge $40 restocking
It was @AmazonHelp’s mistake for sending me the wrong item and now that it’s past 30 days it’s my problem. Not to mention, I got sent a more expensive machine but clearly someone returned it and switched the boxes.
My favorite part is the @AmazonHelp @amazon employee tried to be fake empathic and tell me he wishes he could accept it but it’s just not within the return frame. It was your mistake. Not mine. Uhh I just want what I ordered.
