i enjoy meme ideologies as much as the next guy, but lefties who unironically think accelerationism is going to bring about the revolution--y'all couldn't even get a socdem like bernie nominated, there's no way you're gonna be on top educating the workers if society collapses!

also, hate to say it but "we need a conservative like trump in office in order for the left to be heard" is just a cop out imo. do you feel "heard" now? your candidate just got ratfucked--willingly--out of the nomination and you're being met with scorn and rejection by centrists.

if the american left can't organize effectively under a neoliberal democrat who pays lip service to "progress" while accomplishing the bare minimum of change and screwing leftists at every opportunity, that seems like a problem to fix instead of treating it like a law of physics!

anyway, i didn't really have a point to this thread, it's just wack how so many people are lapsing into this weird blend of nihilism and spite that's just not based in reality. i don't care who you vote for, just don't try to use the excuse of fomenting revolution to justify it.
