Been feeling so helpless lately. But today I managed to give a little $ & my 3 sleeping bags to others homeless. Even better, went back & asked one if they knew about the stim.

Told him, "Oh Yes, they Are. You have $1,200 out there waiting for you." No ID to cash it is an issue, but gave him IRS url, suggested he look into USPS gen. delivery & nagged him to try. I hope ALL Homeless US Citz receive their $1,200 due. He has a dry sleeping bag tonight.

If/when y& #39;all go out and encounter anyone homeless, Please take the time to make sure they& #39;re aware that if they& #39;re US Cit with a social security #, they ARE eligible for that $1,200. Tell them http://IRS.GOV"> http://IRS.GOV & suggest USPS gen delivery if they dont have mailing address.
Even if they dont have State/Military ID or drivers license right now, they can sit on that check for 3-6 months(til staledate) while they work on getting an ID w/ which to cash it. A helper will know they can get reimbursed for funds lent to one to acquire SS card/birth cert/ID.
