like...its VERY interesting now that i think about it. out of the three zoans who were the most powerful in the group (lucci, kaku, jabra), one of them just. didn't stick around with the other two. and aside from current cp0 we don't know their real loyalties

spandam and lucci's sincere loyalty to the world government was made clear during W7/EL, and after the timeskip we've seen kaku actively defending the world nobles. but we've never seen any evidence that the rest were doing any more than carrying out a job
