im confused on why people are shaming waukegan? i understand that many people are not taking this seriously but there are other factors that are in play here. for one, waukegan is a lower-income city, this we& #39;ve known. most "essential" jobs at the moment are lower wage jobs.
many people cant afford to not work right now. not only that, but the amount of people in need right now has never been greater. Waukegan also houses many undocumented families that are ineligible to receive the stimulus check from the government, making work an essential need.
this is one of the biggest contributers to the the virus at the moment. no one at home is safe to the virus while workers are deemed "essential" at the moment. its ignorant to think that the only cause for this is people not listening.
