I kept silent about how our HR department leaked confidential info from me to my boss. I kept quiet about how my boss verbally harassed me for talking to his boss and our HR department for my concerns about work. And when I did speak up about it, I get fired.

Fired for what? For tweets on my PERSONAL twitter account that were rants about work and how I was verbally harassed. Why did I rant on twitter? Because I was scared of talking to anyone else at work for fear of being persecuted or fired.

And of course, the moment I decide to tell our HR department about what happened- my boss files a formal complaint against me because he’s been stalking my Twitter since last year, and found tweets which he THINKS are about him.

And then when I send in my explanation which includes all the incidents of verbal harassment and intimidation- it isn’t addressed and I get FIRED for embarassing my boss?? FOR HIM STALKING MY TWITTER ACCOUNT?? R U FUCKING KIDDING
