Let& #39;s clear some things up in this thread though in five points:

1. I& #39;m not ungrateful for an offer to interview. I& #39;m currently part of a great team who I love working with that fits my lifestyle and schedule perfectly.

2. I& #39;m aware of the privilege that comes with the ability to decline going through a song-and-dance interview process for an unknown job I haven& #39;t sought out.

3. I have zero desire to move to the Bay Area because the cost of living is way more than my current location.

4. Restating: I am really, REALLY happy with my current team.

Finally?

5. I have no desire to work for a company that large. I& #39;ve been up for positions at large companies previously, and I& #39;ve turned them down. Rank and file is not my style.
