a year ago — 5/2019 -- he told House R leaders he had enlisted 2 psychiatrists to study Trump, and the prez was a “total narcissist,” which Lindsey attributed to his mother not paying adequate attn to him during youth.

LINDSEY said Trump has no long-term plans or ability to think ahead. He said the president has the long-term decision-making ability of an “empty chair.”
