I don’t mean 2 question the gov’t or CDC,after all, they only have our best interests in mind but...If the people who test positive for COVID-19 continue to test positive after being ill, how would anyone know whether or not they were positive years prior to this recent pandemic?

cont… In this case, and pls correct me if I am wrong, a positive test wouldn't necessarily mean a current infection yet it is recorded as such for both total infected and cause of death?
