...not acceptable to many parents. Decisions to restrict parents visiting must be wrenching for those who make and implement it and parents who experience it. There has to be a way to make this work, as best as it can, for everyone concerned. I don't believe 15min visits is....2
...it nor is unrestricted visiting for all (and I don't see calls for this). Unrestricted access for one partner would reduce visitor numbers, offer parental presence and help with continuity of care when staff numbers are already depleted. I'm sure @IrishNeonatal will work....3
....with any provider or contribute to any national guidance toward any reasonable recommendations. They have a long history of supporting not just parents but also our neonatal services including its staff. Let's listen and find a solution....4.
