Andre Onana - £25m
Nathan Aké - £40m
Alex Telles - £20m
Thomas Partey - £45m
Hakim Ziyech - £32m
Luka Jovic - loan
Total = £162m

This leaves us plenty of room to spend £120m on Jadon Sancho. A total of £282m, excl sales which will probably be around the same, excl Hazard
Antonio Rüdiger - £35m
Marcos Alonso - £25m
Emerson - £20m
Jorginho - £50m
N'Golo Kanté - £75m
Ross Barkley - £30m
Michy - £20m
Bakayoko - £30m
Drinkwater - £5m
Victor Moses - £10m
Kenedy - £10m
Davide Zappacosta - £10m
Álvaro Morata - £58m
Eden Hazard - £100m+ further add-ons
Tariq Lamptey -£4m
David Luíz - £8m
Re-sign Jeremie Boga and sell for a £20m profit
Mario Pasalic - £10m
Total = £520m

So with the potential signings I mentioned above + last summer's aquisition of Mateo Kovačić, we would have spent a total of £322m, a profit of £198m.
Is this unrealistic? Perhaps, perhaps not. A lot of people will always say 'but we won't sell this many players' but what makes you so sure? How many of these players are key players for us? At a push Jorginho and Kanté who we are both open to letting go. Everyone else will go.
No doubt about it. If not Rüdiger, then someone else for the same fee. Alonso and Emerson? Both will most likely leave and the club wants to sell them both. Barkley? Not in our long-term plans with many, more consistent and equally good young players coming through.
Michy? 1 year left on his deal and will definitely be sold. All the remaining players, estimated at about £235m, are already sold or a part of the "unwanted" loan army that the club will be looking to permanently move on. Re-signing Boga and selling him for a profit...
would be a smart business move but doesn't account for too much of the total profit. For the ones saying we won't be able to spend this window and the ones saying we can't afford Sancho AND £32m signing Ziyech, you are in for a shock.
