2) Solve the problem of why you are procrastinating 
• If you feel unorganised - try to make a to-do list or schedule
• If you’re worried about failing on a task - ask someone to help you or complete easier tasks first
• You feel burnt out - rest before you start work again

3) Prevent procrastination before it happens 
It’s hard to get out of a procrastination cycle once you’re in one.

- forgive yourself for procrastinating in the past
- be held accountable e.g tell someone you need to finish a task, then get that person to check up on you
- complete the hardest tasks at your peak times e.g if you work best in the morning then do the hard tasks at that time

- minimise distractions, because once you get into a work flow, you won’t want to stop
