This is what liberals don't get, black people predominantly vote democratic, getting black people to vote is the issue.
The Hispanic population is largely a swing vote. Obviously mostly Dem, but the same for any demographic on a national scale. Biden hasn't secured their votes.

Biden may help immigration reform, but most Hispanics know that Obama and Biden started kids in cages so they don't feel too compelled to vote for someone like that, and conservative Hispanics, which there are A LOT OF, don't like Biden.
