Party Majority PAC, a Super PAC run by former Clinton advisor Adam Parkhomenko, spent 70% of donors' contributions on "Consultants"—including $20,000+ to Parkhomenko directly.

They spent less than $10K on campaign expeditures–basically robbing their donors.
You may have heard of Party Majority PAC from my reporting on the ad they ran against Tulsi Gabbard, calling her a "Russian Asset" and propping up her then Primary opponent, Kai Kahele. https://twitter.com/PMCampaigns/status/1186479905334353922?s=19
Party Majority paid Eleven Films $5,000 for digital ads. They've made ads for Biden's SuperPAC, too.

That is about the extent of their electioneering expenses.

The rest of the money they raised was spent on consultants.

No Independent Expenditure reports were filed.
Party Majority paid out over $20,000 to Adam Parkhomenko, and another $2,500 to his firm TRR.

Amy Gray, who worked with Parkhomenko on the Ready for Hillary PAC, had $14,000 paid to her firm Gray Consulting.

They also paid $55,000 to an enigmatic entity called York Park LLC.
Not much is known about York Park Consulting.

It's address was registered to a Caldwell Lawyers, a Lexington, KY lawfirm.

They opened in May 2019—they're now closed as of Feb 2020.

They havent responded to requests for comment.

As Steve Miller said: "Take the money and run".
The only other entity to disclose a payment to York Park was US Congressional candidate Josh Mahony—whose campaign treasurer is Parkhomenko's friend Amy Gray.

The Mahony campaign also appears to be the only other entity that paid disbursements to her as well.
Party Majority PAC also paid around $19,000 to Iryna Verity, a fundraising consultant, but she also serves another purpose for the PAC.

She runs "logistics" for their "Kremlin Annex" protests outside the White House.

Paid protesters. Color me shocked.
Per Party Majority PAC's website, their mission is to

1. Bash Mitch McConnell

2. Kremlin Annex protest

3. Support Democrats "up and down the ballot by making sure volunteers have the resources they need."

I guess they need alot of consulting.
Out of the $175,000 Party Majority PAC raised in 2019, approximately $120,000 went to consulting firms.

Around $40,000 was spent on miscellaneous items such as food, lodging, airfare, etc.

Less than $10,000 was spent on digital ads, and an LED billboard. https://www.fec.gov/data/committee/C00660589/
The vast majority of the donations made to Party Majority PAC are relatively small.

For those donors hoping that their money would go to "supporting Democrats up and down the ballot", sorry.

It seems 70 cents for every dollar you donated went to consultants.

You got scammed.
