The beginning
4 years later, they prepare to meet again. Only this time, Dominick is the champ
Hook ‘em up? Think again
25 minutes of hell. Cruz got in there for one reason and one reason only: Revenge.
Cruz was still not done yet. A dominant display saw him carrying the belt once more against Mighty Mouse but the injuries hit their first chapter with Dominick forcing him to vacate! Barao snatched the crown but the snake was already in the grass
TJ defended his belt once more against Barao, with Faber watching from home. Leaving him the next day dealing with Conor’s mind games alone.
From here, it went down hell. TJ started dividing his time between Alpha Male and his coach Duane Ludwig, which saw the demise of Team Alpha Male! But was Duane worth it? I’d say yes!
The idea that Conor played apart in the demise of Alpha Male may sound crazy, but seeing Faber’s expressions every time Conor mentions how TJ rolled over him and his gym makes me believe that Faber got emotional hearing it
Conor repeatedly said that Faber gave the opportunity to TJ and that might be true. Some people still believe TJ got the title shot against Barao purely for this interview
4 years later and the broken champ is back! TJ was going to defend his title against Dominick Cruz but before, they had a sit down
