Hello @PMOIndia I am Lakshmi Gandhi from Chennai, India. My currently-mainly-used-twitter-account @phantom_delight is accidentally (in error) locked since 22.48 hours IST on 14Apr2020 (yesterday). It is an accidental (in error) locking for age requirement (less thn 13 yrs old)

It appears that, as I was trying to update my birthday on my twitter profile @phantom_delight last night after 10.30 pm India time, the system appears to have taken 2020 as the year of my birth (thereby triggering an automatic locking of the account @phantom_delight).

I have filled the requisite form with twitter last night itself attaching my government of india provided identity document & the email twitter system sent thereupon (acknowledging receipt of my document) has also been replied to by me, attaching my GoI provided identity proof.

The problem is twitter may not be functioning that much globally + i m a single woman in dire need of that twitter account (my Father is unwell with anxiety - it is completely non-corona health situation that can impact his blood pressure).

Therefore, if some Government of India functionaries / department will know Twitter India contacts, kindly - on a compassionate basis - help refer my case for unlocking my account @phantom_delight, to Twitter India.
