"I love how the DLC always tackles the unknown. For SPED/EL, the answers to the hardest questions don't exist and no one else attempts to address them. In the fellowship, we dove in. You supported us to find the answers even if there were still a lot of blanks." .../2
All year, we worked together to assess needs, identify barriers, design solutions, gather buy-in, implement with fidelity, and use data to drive next steps. We didn't know this would be the moment we applied all of these learnings at rapid-fire... /3
But the DLC Fellows are out there doing just that! The stories I've collected from them in the past week are incredible - how they've engaged families in creative ways, reached students where they were, advocated up to their school leaders on behalf of diverse learners. ... /4
So grateful for this perspective into the value + impact of the @divlearnerscoop Fellowship. We are working to ensure that it remains a value-add to our schools, educators, and learners in the coming year, into the unknown of what's next. Looking forward to sharing. .../5
