2/5 We found irrefutable proof that the military was dropping aircraft flares that night; but we also, after analysis and using multiple references, determined Tom DeLonge's UFO video... was likely the Planet Venus. Sounds silly, but there's evidence to support it.

But...
3/5 ...the skepticism thrown our way, largely stemmed from Sean Cahill's @mintyhyperspace's tweet defending DeLonge did not see flares as he was too far away. We determined he likely did see them; but videoed Venus. However, we took that criticism and challenged our findings.
4/5 We determined that skepticism is actually flawed for numerous reasons. It is very likely DeLonge saw the aircraft flares (and mathematical calculations support they could be seen from Tijuana to Laguna Beach). Then, went to the beach, and took a video of something else.
5/5 In order to believe DeLonge's UFO as "unidentified," one needs to rely on flawed logic and incorrect assumptions about the military aircraft flares dropped that night.

We invite ANY new evidence, thoughts, comments or criticisms... until then, I would consider this SOLVED.
