People cutting through the Common alone are being ticketed $700. Church services are being given a pass. That's quite something.
Saying there are about 200 COVID-19 cases in East Dartmouth doesn't put privacy at risk. Telling you how many of the three deaths across the province (two in Cape Breton, one in HRM) are related to long-term care facilities would put privacy at risk. Gotcha.
