What it will take for us to get back to life after #COVID19.

- We need mass testing, not for the acute infection (IGM), but who has had it, by measuring IGG. We need accurate, reliable testing. Maybe each person should be tested through blood two or three times. 1/n
- CFr/ Mortality. Need mass testing to know the real denominator. Initially, we were told mortality is 2 to 3%. Now, it looks like it's closer to 0.5%. That's still 5 times the flu, but not 20 times. It is possible that with time, we will find that the mortality is even lower.
- As soon as people have a positive IGG, which means they had it and got over it, they should be back to work.
- All low-risk people, meaning under 60 and no significant medical problems, should go back to work as of 5-15. They should continue with wearing masks, washing hands, keeping 6ft apart.
- All high risk people, should continue at home stay until they have either had positive IGG, or we have better medications, or until we have herd immunity- 30 to 40% of people infected and recovered.
- Open schools and get kids back to school. Keep them away from their grandparents.
- Keep temples & places of worship closed until 2021. Postpone all large events, parties, large gatherings where older people would appear until 2021.
- Keep all amusement parks etc closed until...
- Open up restaurants on 5-1. Perhaps younger people can dine in and older people take out.
- As for travel, everyone will need to decide on their own risk. I know we will not travel until Summer of 2021. But, also airports should check temp on arrival and anyone sick/ fever should be turned away. ? check a quick blood test and turn away people with positive IGM.
