I don't think anyone can understand Congo Brazaville 's constitution. It was changed million times to justify his dictatorship

Since 1986, he rule the kingdom of Uganda on his own terms.

And few days ago with his exercising video, he proved us he is not leaving soon.
6. The Republic of Eritrea is the epitome of a totalitarian state. Since 1993, there has been no elections

The President assumed office in 1991 and officially rule since the independence in 1993

Also this President has arrested a 15 year old. It's been 8 years now
