50 yr old man with swelling of hands, feet & face for 2 months refuses to go to a hospital.
No money -to poor to even have a phone, no trust, utter fear of accessing public systems...

People in north east delhi have no trust left in public systems.
Many people worked together & spent 2 hours trying to coax the man to go to GTB & spent 1 hr to arrange transport. But then the patient backed out. #FEAR #MISTRUST .

If there was no lockdown we could have sent counselors who know how to build trust & coax people to access care.
But due to lockdown we are not able to do this.
We are at our wits end.
If anyone can recommend a doctor who can do a home visit in north east delhi please DM me.
