In the feminist’s attempt to attain gender “equality”, she has usurped the man’s place—leaving him stranded and confused—all while she laughs at and berates him for his confused masculinity. https://twitter.com/kaitbagley/status/1250122527348649985
What this tweet does not mean: women who work/have careers are entirely responsible for emasculating men.

What this tweet does mean: the culture that “women can do things just as well—and better than—men!” undermines traditional gender roles and has contributed to (+)
The confusion and loss of manhood in modern society (which is another reason why I think we see men who are extremely effeminate nowadays). Not entirely responsible, but it is VERY reasonable to assume some responsibility
Men most certainly have responsibility for the spoiling of their own gender roles, but a lot of it is due to this culture and men being unwilling to respond appropriately to it.
I feel this is related to today’s general topic of “normal Catholic men”

What is normal? We don’t know anymore. We’ve experienced an EXTREME cultural shift in this paradigm. And I do not blame our brothers in the Faith for feeling confused and lost.
Please don’t take this as a hit towards @TheHappyPriest! I didn’t like the meme, but I’m sure Fr. didn’t mean it a lot of the way many took it. But I think the very concept is worth talking about, regardless of Fr.’s intentions 😊
People can say I’m pining for male attention or whatever, that’s almost certainly going to happen, but it’s not true. Not cool that I have to preface this EVERY SINGLE TIME I give an opinion like this, but, you know, modernism.
