So I'm sitting here trying to objectively analyze Becho in season 6 and so many things just don't add up.
A thread.
A thread.
See, I'm not one who believes Bellamy's sad face at the party was because of Clarke and the Bellamy look a like. He was genuinely thinking about the night Octavia was arrested and super sad about that. Even though earlier in the episode, Clarke understood him in 2 seconds...
...while he gets into a whole argument about it with Echo because she's...annoyed that he's so 'hung up' on it? That to me seems obvious that they are showing that contrast.
The next morning, this is amplified by the 'I take it you had fun with the doctor?' response. And by fun, he did not mean a nice dance. C'mon, Bellamy is not that naive. That was so lighhearted, it was like they were deliberately reiterating we should have NO illusions.
But then, he goes nuts over Clarke being 'dead', brings her back to life, forgets his girlfriend for the rest of the season, until the very last episode. Then he's suddenly concerned or whatever. This whole relationship is just all over the place this season. As is Bellarke's.
Also, during the whole backstory about the burning hair in the fire, she doesn't look at him ONCE. It's almost as if it didn't really happen and she's saying it as a desperate attempt to seem like an emotionally connected person? Right after this scene...
she's right back to just being badass bitch with a sword and doing the same thing she always has. She's a spy, right? And will do anything to survive, so why not this? And why else would she tell it now? Now that Bellamy calls her a cold hearted ****? It just doesn't make sense.
He even says: "You told me you didn't remember your parents?" and she just ignores it. Goes on to add more drama to the story. It just doesn't feel right?
