--No candidates mentioned besides Joe, Bernie or even an illusion to plethora of women, first major gay candidate
--Time devoted to Bernie soothing

as it should be. This is the healing moment Dems didn't have in '80, '16.
--Prospect of a Bernie-approved veep could be higher (who knows)? Keep an eye on Ayanna Presley who worked for Biden pal John Kerry.
--Basketball, statue of Bo, the dog offered excellent post presidential

contrast to traditional White House backdrop that serves all presidents--flag, family photos, view of Rose Garden (if daytime)
--The we're-all-more-left now tone was interesting. Can't recall a president or ex president saying anything so explicitly.
