i would kill to have some off-the-record drinks with disgruntled PR employees being forced to pitch their brands in opportunistic, pandemic-hooked ways they're not comfortable with because i imagine it sucks and also WHAT is going on in some of these brainstorm meetings???

i feel like a gasp/groan/whisper "noooooooooo" at every other email that hits my inbox lately and know so many of them must be coming from people who just need to keep their jobs right now getting some WEIRD directives.

(pr people reading this, feel free to give me a chipper "loved your most recent tweet, soooo relatable!" next time you have to email me something that makes you cringe, I SEE YOU.)
