Welcome to todayâs thread! Our topic of discussion this time is another infamous organization of ToG. It goes by many names: The Blacksmiths; The factory; The Creation Room; Gong Bang- But most commonly itâs know as:
The Workshop.
The Workshop.
The WS has a long-spanning, yet-to-be fleshed out history within the ToG verse. It was founded from within the tower by the Great Father, Macseth. According to him, it exists in the world outside as well. Their ultimate goal is to find out the reason of all creation in existence-
Why things are created; how theyâre created; and to find this answer, theyâve taken it upon đŠđđđ˘đ¨đđĄđŤđđ¨ to become MASTERS of creation. When you join the WS, you join their way of life; their quest: and as such, the knowledge gained can never be shared with an outsider.
Only individuals deemed âworthyâ have had creations given to them by WS. This law even extends to the family leaders, a sign that their authority and name is highly respected (by gods themselves, no less). To our knowledge, Jahad is the only Warrior of the OG 13 to recieve one.
Being worthy relates to your level of power and how hard youâve worked (ex: the 23rd place ranker is more likely to be worthy than the 44th, and a regular on floor 60 is more likely to be worthy than one on floor 46).
The organization can be found on all floors throughout the tower, but only have 7 facilities that classify as main âbasesâ (the WS battle arc was held in one of them). Just like FUG, they have many levels of authority: Great Father, Father, Great Teacher, Teacher, and Disciple.
-Out of 4, Our only named father, Flux, is one of Jahadâs lords (also, an A.I. made by Macseth)
-There are four Great Teachers: Max, Mai, Mad, and May (A.Iâs created by Macseth, too) none are ranked, but their strength is great
-The teacher is not named, but has great influence
-There are four Great Teachers: Max, Mai, Mad, and May (A.Iâs created by Macseth, too) none are ranked, but their strength is great
-The teacher is not named, but has great influence
(When using the term A.I., im not referencing computers. Im talking about artificial LIFE itself. The I. Ive put in indicates their status as artificial, AND intellegent organisms)
Disciples are simply those who the Teachers take under their wings. Students of the WS who are groomed to become the ultimate creators.
Now lets look at their influence on the tower. Although they have possibly the biggest, they dont like to associate themselves with FUG or the empire whatsoever (despite Fluxâs position). Their interests and desires have no relation to either, and they prefer it that way.
Most of the material objects within the tower have been made by them. In fact, they created the swords used to hold the souls of the 13 months series, Varagarvâs Blood Tamara, Endorsiâs Bong Bong, and the ignition weapons (living and non-living)
Ignition weapons, if anyone isnt aware, are weapons combined with unique shinsu, or in some cases, a âsoulâ. âLivingâ Ignition Weapons are humans experimented on by the workshop (these experiments are the process of shoving foreign, powerful material into living beings)
These individuals, such as Horyang, Casano, and Beta, have all had big impacts when theyâve appeared. The app Rachel is in possession of, Emile, is one as well (weâve yet to See her ignite
). Even Bam is classified as one thanks to the thorn.

And in relation to the thorn, if it werenât for the WS, Bam would never have attained his first fragment. After Hell Joe distributed one of the fragments he found to Karaka, Karaka turned to certain WS scientists to figure out the best way to reactivate it.
When FUG learned of Viole, the certain faction that appeared at the WS battle sought to murder Bam and fuse him with the thorn, giving it the power of an irregular (we all know how that turned out, tho. Reflejoâs lame ass got WASHED by our MC)
Looking at the 13 months is another instance of the WSâs past, present, and future influence. Theyâve been the cause of much bloodshed between families and noble princesses dying in the past. As of now, oneâs been consumed by, coincidentally, Bam himself (Black March)-
And for their future impact, SIU has stated that a civil war will break out between the princesses of all the families at some point (an arc which I cant wait for, personally
) No doubt the race to claim all 13 needles will serve as one main reason for the coming conflict.

Itll be interesting to see what effect theyâll have on the story as the war between FUG and the empire begins to heat up. Not only will one side possibly look to WS for new soldiers and weapons to help them gain the advantage, but Flux poses a lot of questions.
Would Macseth consider involving himself for the first time if Flux, the fathers, or the teachers were ever in a position of danger from one side? As the tower becomes more of a dangerous place (than it already is) is their call to action inevitable?
Furthermore, Macseth, at least, could have answers to our questions about the outside world. As a united association, they have no reason to distance one sect from another. Although nothing can be said for sure, I wouldnât say its far off to assume he has SOME-
communication with WSâs outer branch. (if im estimating, the accuracy of this statement is between 40-60%) With communication between the inside and outside, could even come knowledge of the towerâs EXIT. At this point im speculating more than informing, but I cant help it.

Thereâs so much mystery regarding these people that this thread really doesnât do it justice. Many more of their most interesting figures are probably still much farther down the pipeline, and with new people come new questions and challenges. If they had to be described now-
