January, February and the first two weeks of March, Trump was at sporting events, rallies, golfing and throwing parties ... including parties at Mar-A-Lago where guests ended up with ... coronavirus

Trump's Instagram account helps us figure out what Trump was doing in February
During February, Trump golfed, took a lap around the Daytona 500, went to India to kiss Modi, golfed, threw parties & made ads for the Superbowl
Black tie dinners at the White House & a rally in New Hampshire combined with golf in Florida to make the first 2 weeks of February extremely business for a player like Trump
And don't forget Trump was busy making Superbowl ads, giving interviews and throwing a Superbowl party during those 1st two weeks of February
And in the 3rd week of February, Trump was busy flying around in Airforce One giving family and minions quite a thrill
Then there were Feburary rallies in Arizona, Colorado and Nevada

By February 21, we had people with coronavirus in Massachusetts, Washington state, Arizona, Illinois and Wisconsin.
Then Trump took Melania, Ivanka and Jared on a fun family trip to India
But Trump still had time in February for more rallies in South South Carolina and North Carolina, plus squueze in CPAC
Not sure why Trump failed to post photos or video of his Feburary 2nd fun

Maybe because Trump was caught mocking the national anthem during his Super Bowl party?
Or maybe Trump didn't post video or photos from February 2nd because he cost us taxpayers a lot of money so he could host a Super Bowl party at his Florida resort?
The only thing on Trump's Instagram page from the month of February that's related to the coronavirus is this February 26 video where he lied about stopping flights from China, bragged on himself and said the risk to the American people is very low

He gave no plan of action
More from Trump's February 26 news conference:

He noted that the "regular flu" kills many more people each year. He took credit for making "very good early decisions" that helped prevent the new coronavirus from becoming more widespread
February 26th

During the news conference, Dr. Anne Schuchat, principal deputy director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, appeared to walk back statements made by her colleague, Dr. Nancy Messonnier, who on Tuesday suggested a large outbreak is imminent.
