The KY House has passed 74-15 "Marsy's Law" creating new rights for crime victims in the state constitution. KY voters will decide whether to make it official on Election Day in November.
Now KY House is considering enabling legislation for "Marsy's Law"
Meanwhile KY Senate is considering override of Beshear's veto of HB 336, allowing governor candidates to pick a running mate after the primary election.
