I& #39;ve been trying to get money back that I paid for my deceased dad& #39;s phone account, because there were some complications and the provider and it could not be cancelled. They assured me then that they would pay back the money.

This has been 8 months ago. Since then, I& #39;ve provided all the paperwork they requested in person, as well as sent them via e-mail TWICE now. At one point they said everything was in order, they just need bank details.

Once I sent them the details, they responded by requesting all the paperwork again, claiming I& #39;ve never showed them anything in person or online and also declined having received my bank details. I& #39;m beyond furious.

Unless they come up with something to make up for this hassle that was also emotionally taxing, since this is about my dead father for fuck& #39;s sake, I will definitely be cancelling all my accounts with them and contacting every possible authority and outlet about this shit.

Like holy fuck, I constantly have to put up with assholes who have no fucking respect for other people at all. Not just shitty companies like this, which is what makes this even more depressing. So fucking done with people.
