I have a literary question:
I see a lot of folks praising work that they (self)describe as "messy." With complete seriousness, what do you see as the value of "messy" work?

I'm not asking with an eye to judge. I just typically come to writing with an eye towards precision and I don't think I'm fully understanding/sold by answers I've received about what "mess" wants to accomplish
Gotta get back to work but loving the responses and looking forward to more!
