I don’t believe in setting goals, I believe in religions. Make your religion to be the best version of yourself possible, subsequently your “goals” will soon come to life, but here’s the catch
You have to actually be the best version of yourself possible.
You have to actually be the best version of yourself possible.
Further explanation, I believe putting time stamps & days on your goals isn’t required, and from experiences from myself & others, I’ve found that it potentially cripples most in the long game.
Making your religion : To be the absolute best, automatically puts you in a position to attain higher things. For example, someone who wants to “lose 5 lbs.” checks the scale everyday, they become impatient & obsess over this arbitrary number they made up.
A better & more effective strategy, say “I want to be the healthiest I can be” wording it like this automatically puts you in a healthier position, it’s liberating, it’s taking ownership of your vision before actually fulfilling it, it’s complete will power for efficiency.
Hope your enjoyed this, if you disagree or agree , i really don’t gaf
