- it's a prepared speech. You had time to have it dubbed in regional languages and telecase it alongside the main speech. Do it.

- it's a speech entirely in hindi on DD. Have English subtitles - that's also an official language

- Tamil subtitles on Podhigai isn't going to cut it - this is a pandemic. People are anxious. You had time and reources to fully translate it in the vernacular without delay - do it.

- I shouldn't have to turn on a private english news channel who decode what the PM is saying
