“What Makes You Beautiful” sold over 5M PURE copies, in the US, charged in nearly 30 countries and peaked at number two. They were also ranked at 19th place on BB’s AOTD, despite being active for 5 years.

one direction have FOUR number one albums, and they all debuted at number one selling more then 170K pure copies. BTS? only have two, and one flop album.

BTS’ two lead singles for their flop album; stayed only ONE week in the chart and left, the other did -64 and left the next week. One directions single which also peaked at N4 stayed for 34 weeks, and Best Song Ever spent 21 weeks, outcharting & peaking any bts song

one direction sold out Wembley Stadium, ONE year into their career. It took BTS Six Years, to even smell the air of the stadium.

One Direction are worth $340M, earning $280,000 a day, whilst bts are worth 45-60M, with their richest member being worth $12M & Harry Styles being worth $75M.

during the time they were together as group, there was NO one that could reach or touch their bag. Them disbanding literally paved the way for BTS to become some what relevant.
