There is a lengthy and "respectfully" withering dissent in the opinion finding that federal prosecutors didn't violate the Crime Victims Rights Act when they negotiated a secret plea deal with Jeffrey Epstein:
Correction: non-prosecution agreement, not a plea deal.

If you forgot, the feds mysteriously agreed to drop their sprawling sex trafficking investigation into Epstein and grant him immunity from federal prosecution if he pleaded to two state charges for soliciting prostitutes.
