I'm writing an abstract for a conference I was unable to attend until it was moved online which is great but, frankly, a little frustrating. I/many disabled academics aren't able to travel easily and virtual meetings weren't considered viable until abled people needed them

This is a huge barrier to the career progression of disabled researchers in fields where merit is awarded for talks and networking which is.... all of them. SO, plant this seed in your brain because I hope that the trend continues after This is all over.
