i think trump got the nomination largely because of the disappointing obama-biden administration, and was elected because the DNC ran an incompetent campaign in the general. when people say "but trump is bad!" i think yes, and the democrats set the stage for him

now they're nominating the VP of that disappointing administration and running the same sort of campaign they ran last time. please do not be surprised if i am not enthusiastic about that
